Director intention not to seek re-election

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX: GTK) announces that Nick Luckock has advised the company of his intention not to seek re-election as a Director of the company at Gentrack Group's annual meeting in February. Therefore, Nick's term as a Director of Gentrack Group will cease at the conclusion of the company's annual meeting.
