The notice refers to the announcement made by Truscreen on the 4th and 13th March 2024 and has been requested by NZRegCo to comply with Listing Rule 4.17.9. The Placement proposes to issue 61,000,000 ordinary shares (TRU) at NZ$0.02 per share.
