Executive Leadership Update

As a further update to recent announcements, Scott Technology (NZX:SCT) is pleased to confirm Mr Kippenberger will now remain with the company until the end of August 2024. He will be supported by Aaron Vanwalleghem, President of Europe and North America, while the search for a permanent CEO is conducted. With immediate effect, the CFO role will be filled internally by two Co-CFOs, Anthony Wesney and Mark O'Malley in an interim capacity for a period of at least six months. Mr Wesney previously from Brand Developers and Sealord has been with Scott since 2021.
