Issue of Employee Shares and Rights

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that it has today: (a) issued 630,993 shares to executives and other employees of SIML pursuant to employee share incentive schemes operated by SIML; (b) issued 1,128,998 rights to executives of SIML pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY25 (the period 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2027); (c) issued 644,264 rights to executives and other employees of SIML as part of the FY24 short term incentive compensation for these employees in connection with their exceptional performance during FY24. These rights vest after 31 March 2026, if the relevant employee remains employed by SIML at that time. SIML also advises that 390,619 rights pursuant to the executive long term incentive scheme for FY22 (for the vesting period 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2024) have lapsed due to the thresholds for the vesting of these rights not being met.
