24 April 2024 Annual Shareholders' Meeting and Directors' Nominations New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders' Meeting on 19 June 2024. The meeting will be held both online and in person at Queen Charlotte Yacht Club in Picton. The Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders in May will confirm the time along with other details for the meeting. Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Friday 10 May 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date.
