23 August 2024 Dear Shareholder, On behalf of the Board and ahead of Vital’s annual results, to be published on 27 August, I am writing to provide you with an update regarding Empire Technology Limited’s (“Empire”) notice of its intention to make a partial takeover offer for 50.01% of the shares in Vital (“takeover notice”). Shareholders should take no action The Vital Board strongly recommends that Vital Shareholders should not take any action in respect of the takeover notice or Empire’s proposed partial takeover offer until they receive further guidance from the Board.
