SPY Acquires Business Assets of Technology Holdings Ltd

Smartpay Holdings Limited (Smartpay) is pleased to announce that it has acquired the business assets of Technology Holdings Limited (THL) from the receiver of THL and the voluntary administrator of various THL subsidiaries.
