Appointment of new Director

We are pleased to announce that Christchurch City Council has appointed Andrew Bascand to the Board of Christchurch City Holdings Limited (CCHL), effective from 1 February 2025. Andrew brings over 40 years of investment management skill-set to the board, most recently as the founder and co-CEO and CIO of Harbour Asset Management, with prior roles at AllianceBernstein New Zealand, Reserve Bank of New Zealand, the Bank of England, AMP, and Merrill Lynch Global Asset Management (UK). Whilst a resident of Wellington, Andrew is a Cantabrian with deep roots and connections in the region and holds a Master of Commerce (Hons) in Agriculture and Finance from the University of Canterbury.
