TAH Clarification on Audit Provider

5 February 2025 Clarification on Audit Provider On 17 July 2023, Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) announced the appointment of UHY Haines Norton Sydney as its statutory auditor. The Company would like to clarify that though it’s audit contract is with UHY Haines Norton Sydney, it is Mr Vikas Gupta, Audit Partner at UHY Haines Norton Sydney, who as an individual is the registered audit services provider to the Company for the purposes of Financial Market Conduct (FMC) reporting.
