ANZ bond offer - bookbuild update

NZDX Announcement For release: 11 February 2025 ANZ bond offer – bookbuild update As announced on 10 February 2025, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) is making an offer of up to NZ$200 million of unsecured unsubordinated fixed rate bonds (Offer). ANZ reserves the right to accept oversubscriptions for the bonds at its discretion. Firm orders for the Offer are in excess of NZ$500 million (not including Lead Manager trading interest). The indicative margin range for the Offer has been revised to 0.95% per annum. More information about the Offer is contained in the Terms Sheet, which was attached to the launch announcement on 10 February 2025.
