17 February 2025 Foley Wines Limited – Appointment of Interim CEO Foley Wines Limited [NZX: FWL] advises that Mike Higgins has been appointed as Interim Chief Executive Officer (Interim CEO) with immediate effect. Mr Higgins joined the Foley New Zealand Group as CEO, Foley Hospitality, New Zealand in December 2024 to oversee the entirety of Bill Foley’s hospitality and lodge business in New Zealand. Prior to this he most recently served as the Chief Commercial Officer (COO) of Auckland FC, joining to help launch the club and leading its commercial partnership drive in the club’s inaugural season and before this, he spent 23 years at NZ’s biggest advertising group, Clemenger where he was most recently COO, overseeing 10 marketing and media agencies. Mr Higgins has a finance and operations background.
