S&P/NZX 20 Futures Relaunch Consultation Paper

NZX and NZX Clearing are consulting on amendments to various regulatory settings to support the relaunch of the S&P/NZX 20 Index Futures Contract (NZX 20 Futures).

The proposed amendments reflect changes to the NZX 20 Futures product design, and to NZX’s regulatory settings that are designed to support broader participation in relation to the NZX 20 Futures relaunch, which include changes to compliance attestation periods and changes to NZX Clearing’s set-off and collateral requirements.
